In the Timed Cleaning Package you choose the number of labour hours you would like and the maids will do any cleaning task in that time period for you, so its pretty much a 100% customized to your needs package.
Simply make a list (in order of priority) or tell the maid what you would like her to accomplish in that time period.
All of our maids are trained to do any cleaning tasks, laundry, ironing, etc.
Please note that we bring in all the cleaning supplies. All we ask you to leave out is a vacuum cleaner, broom, mop/bucket, toilet bowl brush and paper towels.
The timed cleaning package can be followed on a set biweekly or weekly program or with our platinum or gold flexibility cleaning package.
Biweekly: This program is for clients who need their home maintained on a biweekly basis. We come to your home on the same day in the exact same time slot every other week.
Weekly: This program is for clients who need their home maintained on a weekly basis. We come to your home on the same day in the exact same time slot every week.
Gold: Our Gold cleaning package gives customers the flexibility to use their cleanings as often as they like, without being tied down to a set weekly or biweekly schedule. You pre-pay for 4 cleanings at a discounted rate, which you have one year to use up. Simply call our office whenever you need a cleaning and our customer service representatives will book you in.
Platinum: Our Platinum cleaning package gives customers the flexibility to use their cleanings as often as they like, without being tied down to a set weekly or biweekly schedule. You pre-pay for 12 cleanings at a discounted rate, which you have one year to use up. Simply call our office whenever you need a cleaning and our customer service representatives will book you in.
This cleaning provides a very deep cleanse of your home, which is recommended at least once per year. This cleaning is also strongly recommended for those moving into a new home, those getting ready to sell their home, and those whose homes require extensive cleaning. The goal of the detailed cleaning is to rid your house of hidden dust, bacteria, mold and mildew buildup.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) You simply pick and choose the number of labour hours you would like to order for your home. We can give you a rough estimate based on your square footage about how many hours most people in your size home usually order, but its completely up to you on how many hours you would like.
2) Pick and choose which tasks you would like us to complete from our list below and place them in order of priority and to what level of detail you would like them done to (keep in mind on how many hours you have ordered).
- Wiping down of light fixtures.
- Dusting of walls from top to bottom.
- Cleaning inside of closets (including shelves and rods)
- Emptying out fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave and washing them down.
- Cleaning the inside of kitchen cupboards and drawers.
- Washing of baseboards.
- Washing of windows, glasses, mirrors and window sills.
- Cleaning of light switch covers, electrical outlet covers and door handles.
- Cleaning the inside and outside of the washing machine and dryer.
- Removal of hard water build up on shower heads and sink faucets.
- Washing of individual tiles and grout in the kitchen and bathroom.
- Full sanitization of bathtub and toilets.
- Washing of all hardwood.
- Vacuuming of carpet.
Please note we are very flexible and you can add other in-home cleaning tasks to the list above. We bring in all the basic cleaning supplies and hard equipment.
